1. Supplier identification
The www.entralon.club website is operated by Entralon Ltd., registered in the UK under company number 1265657 registered office at 37 Floor, Sky tax, One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5AA, United Kingdom, owner and organiser of the CEE Retreat and CEE London Forum.
2. Informaton
By accepting these terms and conditions (T&Cs), by clicking a box indicating your acceptance of these T&Cs digitally or by filling in the registration form that references these terms and conditions, you agree to the terms of ENTRALON Club Products and Services. By providing information on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you accept that you have the authority to bind such entity and its representatives to these terms and conditions. These T&Cs govern the relation between ENTRALON Club Ltd to You.
3. Refund Policy
Purchased tickets for which invoice has already been issued can be cancelled no later than 30 days before the scheduled date of the ENTRALON event. Cancellations within 30 days of the event will be liable for the amount equal to 70% of the ticket price. Alternatively, 100 % of the amount can be credited and used within the next 18 months. Cancellations more than 30 days before the event will be fully refunded provided notice of the cancellation is received by the organiser at admin@entralon.club.
4. Privacy policy and Cookies
You agree to accept our Privacy Policy and how we collect, use, share, and store your personal information. All notices relating to these terms and conditions must be sent to the contact email address admin@entralon.club, further contact details are on the website www.entralon.com. We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. (Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter.) In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressees.
5. Chatham House Rules
Chatham House Rules are applied to all meetings and conferences or ENTRALON Club, both offline and online. Thus, participants are free to use the information received, while both identity and the affiliation of the speaker(s) must remain confidential. 
6. Conclusion
These terms are governed by British law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by UK law.
